PFA is a fully fluorinated copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoropropyl perfluorovinylether. The performanceand process temperature of PFA is similar to PTFE.PFA is with lower crystallization and melting viscosity.Compared withFEP,PFA has higher mechanical temperature performance.It can be processed by the same molding method as generalthermal plastic resin. Compared with ordinary PFA, high purity PFA has less fluoride ions & less metallic ions, and is suitable insemi-conductors, aerospace, medical applications.
